​​​The Jewish Relief Agency in Metrowest New Jersey is a project of the Rabbinical College of America that provides an innovative hands-on, door-to-door approach to feeding over 3,200 needy families nationwide. We depend upon the help of dedicated volunteers and the financial support of individuals, foundations and businesses.


Here are some ways YOU can get involved:

Volunteer:
-Volunteer at a food distribution.
-Fulfill your community service requirements for school or work.

Bring a Group:
-Bring a group of friends to a distribution.
-Join colleagues from your workplace for a day of Community Giving.
-Celebrate a family simcha — birthday, anniversary, graduation — with a day of service at JRA.

Celebrate your Bar/Bat Mitzvah:
-Choose JRA for your Bar/Bat Mitzvah service project.
-Invite your friends and family to do a mitzvah with you in honor of your simcha.

Out of the Box:
-Have connections in the food industry? Contact us to discuss donations or discounts on products.
-Organize a canned tuna drive for your school, synagogue, scout troop, or other organization.
-Host a hunger awareness program at your organization.
-Plan a service learning field trip to JRA from your school.
